Nestled in the beautiful surroundings of Rabley Heath, The Robin Hood is a charming country pub recently taken over by a dynamic husband-and-wife team. We’re passionate about great food, a vast selection of drinks, and creating a welcoming, friendly atmosphere for our customers. With exciting new developments on the horizon, we're expanding our team and looking for outgoing, customer-focused individuals to join our front-of-house staff.

Job Description:
As a Front of House Team Member, you’ll be at the heart of our pub’s customer experience. Your role will involve delivering exceptional service to our guests, ensuring that every visit is as enjoyable as the last. We’re looking for people who thrive in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment and who can help us maintain our reputation as a warm, inclusive, and friendly pub.

What Your Role Will Include:

• Greet and seat customers with a warm, welcoming attitude

• Take food and drink orders efficiently

• Serve drinks quickly and with a friendly touch

• Be knowledgeable about our menus and confidently advise customers on dishes and products

• Ensure all areas of the pub are kept clean and tidy

• Work collaboratively with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service

Requirements:

• Experience in pubs, bars, or as a floor team member is preferred

• A willingness to learn all aspects of front-of-house duties

• Availability to work evenings and weekends

• Knowledge of craft beer is a plus

• Outgoing, confident, and passionate about providing excellent service

• Ambitious, loyal, and respectful team player

• Ability to multitask in a busy environment
